Today’s episode is all about 2 things! The relationship between author and publisher and how it can and should be a mutually beneficial. Next we’ll chat about How To Write Copy that Sells.

Writing copy that sells without seeming “salesy” can be tough, but is an essential business skill. How To Write Copy That Sells is a step-by-step guide to writing fast, easy-to-read, effective copy. It's for everyone who needs to write copy that brings in cash – including copywriters, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.

Ray Edwards is a communications strategist and copywriter for some of the most powerful voices in leadership and business. His clients include New York Times best-selling authors Tony Robbins (author of Unleash the Giant Within and Money: Master the Game), Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (co-authors of Chicken Soup For the Soul), Jeff Walker (author of Launch), and many more.

Listen in as Chris Whaley, Jody Maberry and David Hancock chat about the book, the movie and how it all happened on today’s episode of Morgan James Radio.

The Masked Saint revolves around the real life of Chris Whaley (Chris Samuel in the book), a professional wrestler and family man who realizes he needs something more. His calling to become a pastor prompts him to retire from wrestling and move with his wife and daughter to a small town. Yet the battles he faced in the ring are minor compared to the challenges he must overcome at his new church. From an overbearing congregant and failing attendance to mounting bills for church repairs, Chris has his hands full.

We have a lot of fun sharing the process and where the book and movie is today. Hint available now on Netflix and still in bookstores today!
